SEO Grow Up is a trade name of Genice Dixon, an individual doing business at 2071 Oakwood Ave, Nashville, TN 37207, USA. Email hello@seogrowup.com. Phone (629) 702-7541.
By checking the boxes at checkout and paying, you agree to these terms. “We” and “us” mean SEO Grow Up. “You” means the person or business placing the order.
1. What you’re buying
You’re buying the jobs on our price list, as described when you ordered. Each job lists what you get, how many pages, URLs, prompts or hours it covers, and the usual time it takes. Anything not listed isn’t included.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. If any sales tax applies to your order, it will be shown before you pay. You pay in full by card on Stripe’s secure page, and we never see your card number. Orders over $15,000 are by written quote only. A quote is a fixed price written down; nothing is charged until you check out. Platform fees, paid tools, paid directories and verification services are paid by you at cost, and only after you say yes in writing.
3. Timelines
Timelines are usual times, not promises. They’re counted in business days from the day we have your paid order, your complete brief and working access. They depend on how fast you answer and on platforms, such as Google’s profile verification, which is outside our control. We don’t give dates for what Google or an AI assistant does with the work.
4. Access and your accounts
We work through invites: a manager role on your Google Business Profile, a user role in Search Console, a user or collaborator invite in your CMS. Never send us a password by email or form. Your accounts stay yours. Back up your site before we change it; technical changes carry risk, and we log what we change. If you haven’t granted working access within five business days of our request, the timeline pauses. If access hasn’t been provided within 30 days of payment, we treat the item as one we can’t start, and section 15 applies.
5. Your materials and claims
You give us facts, text, photos, logos and account access. By checking the second box at checkout you confirm you have the right to give us that access, you own or may use the material you send, and the claims you give us are true. We aren’t responsible for client-supplied claims, including health, legal or financial ones. We may decline work that we think breaks the law or others’ rights.
6. Revisions
A revision is one consolidated set of change requests, sent in one message, within the direction we agreed. Articles and service pages include one. Reports and audits include one round of clarifying questions: explanation, not rework. Page optimization includes one revision per page. Send revision requests within 14 days of delivery. A new topic, new keywords, a new target audience, a changed brief, new pages, a re-run of an audit after your fixes, or rewriting because facts you gave us were wrong are not revisions. We’ll quote them. Fact changes you give us after drafting count as your revision.
7. If you go quiet
If we ask you for something and don’t hear back for 30 days, we pause your project. After 60 days it closes. Anything we’ve delivered is yours; refunds follow the stage rules in the refund policy. Prepaid months and Fix sprints keep their own end dates regardless.
8. Hours
Hours are time we actually spend on your tasks: analysis, writing, edits, QA, reporting, and email or video communication. They don’t include waiting for you or for Google, our own admin, or tool setup for the studio’s own use. We log in 15-minute steps, with a short entry per task, and share the log at the end of the month and on request. Hours are a cap. They aren’t a promise to use them all, and they aren’t a promise of results. For Fix sprints, the hours cover fixes chosen from an audit, ours or yours. If an item turns out larger than quoted, we stop and ask before using more hours.
9. Prepaid months and Fix sprints
Prepaid. One month, paid once. It covers up to the hours listed on the job (Local care month, up to 6 hours; AI visibility month, up to 4 hours plus 2 prompt runs; SEO month, up to 15 hours) and ends by itself after 30 days. Nothing renews by itself; if you want another month, you buy it again. The month starts on the date you pick or the day we have your brief and working access, whichever is later. Unused hours expire at the end of the 30 days and don’t roll over or convert to cash. Fix sprint hours expire after 60 days.
10. Delivery
We send reports and files by email or a download link, available for 30 days. Download and back them up promptly. The recorded video walkthrough is a private video for your use, part of the job and not sold separately. Don’t share the link publicly. The video link expires after 60 days. For CMS work, delivery means the changes are made on your site, and you keep admin ownership.
11. Who owns what
When you’ve paid in full, we assign to you the copyright in the final written pages, articles and code we deliver. Until then you may review them but not publish them. Drafts, our methods, reusable checklists and scripts, and our tools stay ours; you get a license to use anything reusable that’s built into your deliverables. We show your project in a portfolio only if you say yes in writing. We write original text and cite where appropriate, but we can’t promise zero overlap with other text on the web. Review facts before you publish. We can sign a separate written assignment if you ask. Raw exports from third-party tools may belong to the tool’s owner, so we deliver our analysis, screenshots and summaries instead.
12. What we won’t do
We don’t buy links to pass ranking signals. Any sponsored placement is labeled as sponsored. We don’t write or buy reviews for anyone. We write review requests that go to every customer, with no incentives, no screening for happy ones, and no staff quotas. We work on profiles for real locations and service areas you actually operate from. Verification and approval are Google’s decisions. We can’t promise a profile will be approved, ranked or reinstated.
13. What we don’t promise
No one can promise rankings, traffic, leads or AI mentions. Google and the AI assistants decide, and they change. We commit to the work we list, the time we log and how we report it. AI answers change by question, by day and by assistant. We can check how often and where you show up and fix what’s fixable. We can’t make an assistant mention you. Short-term movement after a site migration can happen, and we can’t promise it away.
14. AI tools
We explain how we use AI on the AI use page. Text made with AI help may get less copyright protection, so we can’t promise it can be registered.
15. Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing us. What you get back depends on the stage: see the Refund Policy. We don’t refund because rankings, traffic, leads or AI mentions didn’t change, because we never promised them.
16. Regulated businesses
If your business is regulated (health, law, finance and others), you are responsible for your own advertising rules. We don’t review your content for professional or privacy-law compliance, and we ask you not to send patient or client personal data. Tell us before you give access if your analytics or Search Console data could include protected health information.
17. Liability
Our total liability for any claim about an item is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We aren’t liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost traffic, lost rankings or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived, including for fraud or willful misconduct.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tennessee law. Disputes go to the state courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, or the federal court covering Davidson County, to the extent the law allows.
19. Changes
We may change these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your order. The effective date is at the top.
