Hours are time we actually spend on your tasks, logged in 15-minute steps. You see the log at the end of the month and any time you ask. Waiting for you or for Google doesn’t count.
No one can promise rankings, traffic, leads or AI mentions. Google and the AI assistants decide, and they change. We commit to the work we list, the time we log and how we report it.
Refund summary Before we start: full refund. After we start but before your first deliverable: we keep 25% of that item’s price (minimum $50) and refund the rest. After your first deliverable is sent: no refund for that item. If we can’t do the job, you get a full refund of that item. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe. “Start” means we’ve sent the kickoff email, asked you for access, or done paid work on that item. Details on the Refund Policy .
