Questions people ask before they pay

No. No one can promise rankings, traffic, leads or AI mentions. Google and the AI assistants decide, and they change. We commit to the work we list, the time we log and how we report it.

It depends on what changed and on Google, and we can’t tell you when. Some profile edits are visible quickly. Website changes can take much longer to be picked up, and longer still to matter. AI answers shift on their own. We won’t give you a date, and anyone who does is guessing. Our timelines are how long we take to deliver, not when Google reacts.

Google. We prepare the profile so it’s accurate and eligible, and we tell you what Google is likely to ask for: a video, a postcard, a phone call. We can’t promise a profile will be approved, ranked or reinstated. We work on profiles for real locations and service areas you actually operate from. If you work out of your home, we hide the address and set a service area, as Google asks.

We write review requests that go to every customer, with no incentives, no screening for happy ones, and no staff quotas. We don’t write or buy reviews for anyone. The review kit gives you scripts, a QR and link page, and reply templates. What your customers write is theirs.

We can’t make an assistant mention you. AI answers change by question, by day and by assistant. We can check how often and where you show up, and fix what’s fixable: wrong hours, a missing page, a name that doesn’t match. That’s the check, and the fix list that comes with it.

AI search, and what we can’t control

You do. We ask for manager or editor access by invite, never the main login where we can avoid it, and never a password by email or in a form. Back up your site before we change it.

How access works

We work with all four. On any of them we can fix titles, descriptions, headings, redirects and internal links, and add structured data where the platform allows custom code. Some platforms limit custom code to certain plans, and we check before we quote hours. A fix that needs a developer (a custom theme, server settings) gets written up for yours to do, or we do it in a Fix sprint if we have the access.

Before we start: full refund. “Start” means we’ve sent the kickoff email, asked you for access, or done paid work on that item. After we start but before your first deliverable: we keep 25% of that item’s price (minimum $50) and refund the rest. After your first deliverable is sent: no refund for that item. If we can’t do the job, you get a full refund of that item. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe. The full version has examples.

The refund policy

One month, paid once. It covers up to the hours on the job (Local care month 6, AI visibility month 4 plus two prompt runs, SEO month 15). It ends by itself after 30 days. Nothing renews by itself; if you want another month, you buy it again. Unused hours expire. You see the hours log at the end.

Prepaid months

No. You get a written report and a recorded screen video you watch whenever you like. If you can’t use email, call (629) 702-7541 and say so.
