The hours log
Every task goes on a log: date, what, minutes, running total. In 15-minute steps. You get it with the report at the end, or any day you ask.
Waiting for you, or for Google, isn’t logged. Hours are a cap. We aren’t promising to use every one, and we aren’t promising results.

How the month goes
Buy and brief
You buy and fill in the brief. In the brief you can choose the start date.
The list
We agree on a task list in writing. For the SEO month you pick from a list, so you decide where the hours go.
Thirty days
They start on the day we have your brief and access, or your chosen start date, whichever is later.
Report
We work through the list, log each task, and send the report on day 30.
Unused hours expire
At day 30, whatever’s left is gone. It doesn’t roll over and it doesn’t turn into cash. If a month was good, buy another one. If you’d rather stop, there’s nothing to cancel.
If you need to stop partway, ask us in writing before the month ends. The refund rules for months are in the refund policy. Read the refund policy
