SEO Grow Up is a trade name of Genice Dixon, an individual doing business at 2071 Oakwood Ave, Nashville, TN 37207, USA. Email hello@seogrowup.com. Phone (629) 702-7541. That’s who is responsible for the information below.
The short version
We use what you send to answer you and to do your project. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. This site uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
What we collect
- When you write to us: the name, email address and message you send, plus a phone number and business name if you add them.
- When you order: the items, quantities, price, status and time of your order; the name and email you give; and the billing details Stripe sends us. Your card number stays with Stripe. We never see it.
- Your brief: business name, website and profile links, goals, notes, locations, competitors, and anything you type. We don’t take file uploads; you share links. We never ask for passwords.
- Your consent record: which version of the terms you accepted, the time, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, and your cart.
- Server logs: our host’s logs record your IP address, browser type, the page and the time. The site’s own logs keep only a scrambled version of the IP address.
- On your device: your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device until you check out.
Please don’t send health, financial-account or ID numbers, or passwords.
What we don’t collect
No analytics, advertising or social tracking, no session recordings, and no third-party fonts. Because there’s no tracking, there’s nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.
Client data we see while doing the job
To do the work we may see your Search Console, analytics or Google Business Profile data. We use it only for your job. We don’t use one client’s data for another, for benchmarks or for marketing, and we don’t use it for the samples on this site without your written permission. Reports contain summaries and screenshots, not raw data dumps, unless you ask. Please don’t give us access to data that contains health, financial-account or ID numbers; we don’t ask for customer lists. We remove our access when the work ends, or you can remove it any time.
Why we use it
To reply to you, take and finish orders, take payment, send order and project emails, keep tax and accounting records, prevent spam and fraud, and protect our legal rights.
Who sees it
- Stripe, for payments. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and order records.
- Our email provider, which carries messages sent to and from hello@seogrowup.com.
- Our accountant, for tax records, if we use one.
- Contractors, only under written confidentiality, and only if we use any.
- AI tools, only as described on the AI use page.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 7 years.
- Project briefs and delivered files: 12 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask, unless we need them for support or a dispute.
- Contact messages: 12 months; 24 months if they turn into an order.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Spam and rate-limit data: 7 days.
- Your consent record is kept with your order.
- Client analytics, Search Console and profile data we view: kept only inside reports and our working notes, for as long as briefs. We delete exports on request.
Your rights
Email us to ask for a copy of your information, to fix it, or to delete it. We’ll do it, unless a legal or tax record has to be kept. This applies to everyone, wherever you live. As far as we know, state privacy laws such as the Tennessee Information Protection Act don’t apply to a business our size. We offer the same rights to everyone anyway.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS, keep order records out of public folders, and never touch card data. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t promise that yours won’t be breached. If a breach affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Changes
We’ll update this page when something changes. The date at the top tells you which version you’re reading.
