People plan, write and check your work. We may use AI tools for research, outlines and first drafts, and we edit and fact-check the results ourselves. We never ask for your passwords. We don’t put customer lists or confidential files into a public AI tool without asking you first. Tell us if you want no AI drafting on your project and we’ll note it in your brief. We can’t promise AI-assisted text can be registered for copyright.
What that means in practice
- Research and outlines. Looking at what pages exist, listing questions customers ask, sketching a structure. A person decides what stays.
- First drafts. For articles and pages, a draft may start with an AI tool. A person rewrites it, checks every fact against what you told us, and removes anything we can’t support.
- People decide. A person reads each report and page before it goes to you.
The AI visibility check
The check sends questions to AI assistants, including your business name and public details such as your location and services. It does not send your private files or access. The answers are summaries of what the assistants said that day.
What we don’t do
- We never ask for your passwords. We don’t paste customer lists or confidential files into a public AI tool without asking you first.
- We don’t use AI to write reviews, or to make up quotes, statistics or sources.
- We don’t mass-produce pages. A page exists because you need it.
- We don’t present AI output as something it isn’t, and we don’t claim a method can make an assistant mention you.
Copyright

Asking us to leave AI out
