How buying works without a call
You pay on the website, fill in a form, and read a report. There are no live calls for the work, and if you can’t use email, the phone works for that. Everything is in writing, and the clock starts when we have what we need.
Buy
Pick what you need on the price page, add it to the cart, and check out on Stripe’s secure page. We never see your card number. Pay in full, in US dollars. Orders over $15,000 go by written quote.
Brief
Right after you pay, a short form asks about your business: site, goals, locations, competitors. About ten minutes. The link is also in your receipt email, so you can leave and come back. Jobs get a few extra questions: a Google Business Profile job asks about your locations, an AI check asks for the questions your customers type. Share links, not files; the form doesn’t take uploads.
Access
We tell you what we need and how to give it: a manager role on your Google Business Profile, a user role in Search Console, an editor invite in your CMS. By invite, never a password. If the access hasn’t come within five business days of our request, the clock pauses until it works.
Work
The “usually” window on each job starts when we have the brief and working access, not when you pay. If we need something, we ask once, in one email. We log what we change on your site and tell you.
Report
You get a written report. Audits and checks also get a recorded screen video that walks through it, which you watch when you like. No live calls. The report says what we found, what we did and what to do next. It doesn’t say where you’ll rank, because no one can.
What we need from you
- A brief with the gaps filled in. We can’t start on half of one.
- Access by invite.
- Facts about the business: hours, services, what you actually do. We don’t make those up.
- Feedback in one message, not six.
Where your accounts live
With you. Your Google Business Profile, Search Console and CMS stay yours, under your own logins. We ask for manager or editor access, not the main login where we can avoid it. When the work ends, remove our access any time, and we’ll remove ours too.
If something stalls
If we ask you for something and don’t hear back for 30 days, we pause your project. After 60 days it closes. Anything we’ve delivered is yours; refunds follow the stage rules on the Refund Policy. Prepaid months keep their own end date either way.
Revisions
A revision is one consolidated set of change requests, sent in one message, within the direction we agreed. Articles and service pages come with one. Send changes within 14 days of delivery. A new topic, new keywords or changed facts after drafting aren’t revisions; we’ll quote them.
Hours
For months and Fix sprints: hours are time we actually spend on your tasks, logged in 15-minute steps. You see the log at the end and any time you ask. Waiting for you or for Google doesn’t count.
