Low Note Rehearsal Rooms
Sample, not client work. The business shown is fictional.
A fictional rehearsal space in East Nashville: three rooms, hourly booking, a backline you can rent by the night. People search for it on their phones, usually from the van. The Maps listing has to be right before the website matters.
What’s in the sheet
A Local launch: a new Google Business Profile, up to 25 citations, a brief for one service-area page, and a check that the business name, address and phone number (NAP) read the same everywhere. Below is what the sheet would look like.

Description (under 750 characters, no links, no prices, no promotions)
Three rehearsal rooms in East Nashville, rented by the hour. Each room has a PA, and the larger two have a drum kit. Amps and drums can be rented by the night. Bring your own gear or use ours. Load in at the back door, with parking on the lot behind the building.
Attributes
Only the ones that are true at the door, confirmed by the owner on site: parking, entrance, restrooms, payment types. We don’t check a box because it sounds good.
Photo list
The front door from the street, each room from the doorway, the load-in door, the backline wall, the lobby. Nobody in the shots who hasn’t said yes.
Questions and answers to seed
“Do you have a drum kit in every room?”, “Can we rent amps by the night?”, “Where do we load in?” Each answered in a sentence by the owner, from the owner’s account.

Citation list
A citation is a listing of a business’s name, address and phone on another website. Same line everywhere, or the mismatches pile up.

Why it’s built this way
- One line, copied. The most common local mess is the same business typed four slightly different ways. Copying one line is boring and it works.
- The name stays the name. Adding “Nashville Band Practice Studio” to a profile name is the fast way to get it suspended. The keywords go in the description and the page, where they’re allowed.
- Website link goes to booking. Visitors from a profile want a time slot. The home page makes them hunt.
